Dispute issue

During the period of the project development, if the following situations occur, the provider can submit the disputes to the platform and the professional technicians teams will make a judgement: the faliure to start the project, the incoordination of the undertaker, the extend of the development time required by the undertaker and refused by the provider.

During the check and accpetance of the project, in case of failure to submit the completed materials, or dissatisfaction with the completed project, the provider can apply for a refund to the platform, and the professional technicians teams will make a judgement.
